The ideal candidate will have some accounting or payroll experience. Job Summary: Compile, compute and input payroll hours and statistics on a timely basis for all business entities including Online Business Solutions and its clients. Perform various payroll analyses and produce payroll reports. Maintain payroll database. Work with IT on web based time reporting. Effectively communicate with Online Business Solutions Managers and clients.
Minimum Qualifications:
o Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis in Excel.
o Ability to be discrete with confidential information.
o Ability to perform mathematical computations accurately and quickly.
o Ability to maintain effective working relationships and work effectively as a team member. |
