Payroll Processor (Entry Level)

We are a physician practice management company providing business services to several clients, including one of the largest emergency medical groups in California.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and/or some accounting or payroll experience. The position requires outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills, a commitment to confidentiality, ability to multitask in a face paced environment, superb verbal and written communication and the discretion to know when to act independently and when to ask for guidance and/or assistance. This job is vital to the success of our organization and demands teamwork, customer-focus and lots of attention to detail.
Job Summary: Compile, compute and input payroll hours and statistics on a timely basis for all business entities including Online Business Solutions and its clients. Perform various payroll analyses and produce payroll reports. Maintain payroll database. Work with IT on web based time reporting. Effectively communicate with Online Business Solutions Managers and clients.
Minimum Qualifications:
o Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis in Excel.
o Ability to be discrete with confidential information.
o Ability to perform mathematical computations accurately and quickly.
o Ability to maintain effective working relationships and work effectively as a team member.
